Julie Masi and David Wornham founded WORNHAM SCHOOL OF ENGLISH in A Coruña in 1987 after 6 years of researching English Language teaching methods in London and Italy. They began with a revolutionary vision of only using native English teachers, teaching smaller groups. This was completely opposed to traditional approaches with bigger classes featuring grammar based activities with little importance placed on speaking.

This focussed approach ensured the Wornham School of English grew rapidly to where it is today, the indisputable leader of English Language teaching in the whole of Galicia whether it is for business, companies adults or children.
